Eat Slow Live Longer Snuffle Mat

Eat Slow Live Longer Snuffle Mat

The Eat Slow Live Longer Snuffle Mat not only helps prevent gobbling, but also offers mental stimulation. This mat with many loops of fabric at the top ensures that the dog or cat has to sniff carefully to find the kibble or snacks. This makes the pet eat slower and chew better. In addition, it is a fun challenge to find all the treats in the sniffing mat. Thanks to the drawstring, the mat can be made smaller or used as a basket. The underside has a non-slip coating so the mat does not slide around when the pet is searching.

Eating fast or gobbling can cause several problems, such as obesity (because the food is not digested as well), stomach torsion and flatulence (because the animal takes in more air). A sniffing mat can help reduce or prevent these problems.

How to use

Use the play mat for the daily portion(s) of dry food or for giving rewards. Distribute the dry food or snacks on the mat and let the dog or cat search for the treat. Thanks to the drawstring, the mat can be made a little smaller for extra challenge.
